Patient Portal: This is the very best way to contact us for most issues. From the Portal you have 24×7 access from any computer connected to the internet to all our information systems. You can,
- Make, cancel or change an appointment
- Leave a secure message for your doctor
- Receive a secure message from your doctor or our staff
- View test results
- View your Personal Health Record
- Arrange for a remote visit with your doctor
Registration for the Portal is required. Upon registration a username and password will be sent to you by email. A link to the portal will be included in the email. When you log in you will be prompted to select a new password.
